01What we store

When you log in with Discord we receive your Discord user ID, username, display name and avatar. We ask only for the "identify" scope: no email, no server list, no messages.

We store what you do on the site: bots you submit, votes (which bot and when), reviews, and the profile fields you fill in (bio, links, banner color).

For bot owners we also store the bot details you submit, the server count your bot reports, the webhook URL and secret you set, and a hash of your API token (never the token itself).

02Cookies

nk_session keeps you logged in (30 days). nk_lang remembers the language you picked. A short-lived cookie protects the login flow. That is all: no ads, no analytics, no tracking cookies.

03Services we rely on

Discord, for login and for the Nook bot that runs the review server. Cloudflare, which sits in front of the site and runs the captcha on votes (Turnstile). Our server keeps short-lived access logs with IP addresses to fight abuse.

04What is public

Your profile (name, avatar, bio, links), your approved bots and your reviews are public. Who voted for a bot is visible only to that bot's owner, through the API and vote webhooks.

05Deleting your data

You can delete your account at any time in Edit profile. It removes your profile, votes, reviews and every bot you own, right away. Backups of the database are kept for up to 14 days and then discarded.
